A very nice Culvers location, pretty much what you'd expect. The food is always delicious and doesn't take too long. Some quirky staff at times and it can be a bit noisy or crowded if you go at the wrong time, but that's just restaurants.

The food was good but it didn't stand out like I thought it would. The treatment of the staff when receiving my order was good and friendly.

Picked up food at drive through. Burger was obliterated and the onion rings were way over cooked. The Culver's at 135th and 59 is much

I have been going to this location over 6+ years, It has been a staple when it comes to eating out, the best time is when you go right after work. The line might be long or it might be short. But it's a popular place. The only thing I would say is, I had a few instances where I had to wait over an hour in the drive thru because our order was given to another person. most of the time those who are running out the orders, they should've checked on us and see why we stayed in the line for so long instead of ignoring us when calling out. I am not one to storm into the establishment, so I wait in my car. But I don't know how to go about situations like this, when times like that happens. Other then that I enjoy going here.

Ordered food online through the website. Was charged for meal. Went to pick up and there was no order. Manager was argumentative saying I need to pay for the order in order for them to make it when we were already paid for it online through the website. I’ve never been argued and treated so aggressively by a manager at a fast food restaurant ever like I just experienced here a half hour ago.

The veggie burger here is pretty good! It has a base of chickpeas, mushrooms, and peppers and was pretty filling. I thought the price was fair as well at around $6. I also got a side of pretzel bites which were super hot and fresh when I received them. The cheese was a bit stale tasting (but still paired alright with the pretzels. The staff at Culver's are always super nice! And even though the drive through lines can get super long, they're very efficient with everything and I've never had to wait more than 5 ish minutes for my food. If you're opting to get a side id recommend the cheese curds:)

(Update)After having been promised someone would call, "the next day" - nothing. Days later. Nothing. I re-calculated the final cost, and it is what the person on the phone said I should have paid - 23.82 - is this location skimming each transaction? Can someone please explain the discrepancy? Thank you. Not a trite response but an actual explanation regarding the receipt.(Original Post)I gave this a one star b/c I used coupons, which do not add up, and the person who called me told me I was wrong, had an attitude, and told me she said she is telling me what the computer says. We both agree my sub-total is the same as what my receipt says.. and then after going on and on I tell her what she says is the final price paid on her end is lower than what my receipt says on my end. Then she tells me she doesn't know how the computer (algorithm) creates the final price and that I need to talk to head quarters. I ask for the number and she says she doesn't have it off the top of her head and I should google it.I have been going to this location for years, with the coupons, and if they can't tell me why their end is lower than my receipt, I have a bad feeling I have been skimmed for years and years and years. Here is what my receipt says verbatim, if I am in the wrong, I will delete this post.1 BOGO...1 Deluxe 6.791 Deluxe 6.79I French Fries... 6.09I Value Basket 9.69...Sub Total 29.36$1 off...Sales tax 2.25Order Total 24.72Visa 24.72....Can anyone (except the person I talked to who wasted my time) explain how the total is 24.72?
