Updating review: Customer service has gotten a bit better, more friendly staff and willing to fix any order issues. Busy location in the morning!! They seem to have also fixed the issue with always being out of every flavor, and the dining area is open again
This is my morning dunkin run. Every time I come I am greeted by my name. I tend to almost always order by mobile and my order is always ready by the time I get to the window. Berenice is such a nice person! As well as everyone else!…I have yet to get the other employees’ names though :) if there is a big line, do not panic because it literally goes by fast. This dunkin is always on top of their game!!! So happy it’s on the way to my job!
