Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! Ordered a sourdough sandwich and it was never toasted and the bacon was soggy. When insisted to toast the bread, the person in the counter said it was already done. We had to trash it with no choice.
This is the worst Dunkin location ever. Horrible service and manager has terrible attitude towards customers and even employees!! I saw her scream at her UNDERAGE staff infront of customers with language that I would consider borderline harassment. Corporate really needs to look into this issue it seems there is already multiple bad reviews about the manager here yet nothing is being done! Will not be stopping by here any more and would much rather go across the street to Starbucks.

Every time I come here they get my order wrong. It’s infuriating because I place mobile orders and everything is laid out for them. They won’t even tell you if they’re out of something or if they have to substitute something. Don’t waste your time or money going here. If you can, just drive to Lake Street.
