The food was not worth my money at all. When I ordered my food the lady taking my order was not friendly at all and it felt like I was being rushed. And when I started to wait for my order the lady said that it was mine but it was actually another customers and we both had the same order of fries. But the most rude part was the chef that was in the back and how she had the worst attitude I've ever seen and proceeds to tell me " That one isn't yours you have to look at your receipt " first of all don't talk to me like I'm a child I'm a grown woman and second of all the lady that was preparing my meal told me it was mine. So absolute -1000 for service and it was not worth my time at all. Change the attitude.

We wanted to grab a quick bite at a food court and really was not expecting much. But the sandwich was fantastic and Gloria was very focused on customer service. What a pleasant surprise... Great job guys.

The food court doesn't closed until 6 the person at the register said it's closed.To whoever own this place please keep your employee on check everywhere else is taking customer. The person at the register refused to take customer and it was only 5:37p.m

Starting with the good... The price is competitive versus the other restaurants available in the mall... other then that I can't stand this place. The service is an F/0 stars. They make you wait to place an order so they can continue talking or playing among themselves. They have a very bad attitude towards the customers as if They don't want to be here. They take forever. It took 22 minutes to get a sandwich today. 15 minutes to get a sandwich last week. I work in the mall and I only get 30 minutes for lunch so I don't want to spend a lot of money or a lot of time.This is the worst place to go if these things matter to you.

Got to try Charleys for the first time today, and it was great! Went with a large standard Philly CheeseSteak with all the toppings. First time having a pickle with a CheeseSteak, but it went well with it. I believe the large is a foot long. There was good of steak in the sandwich, very generous amount given. Everything was made to order and it came out in a timely fashion. Service was solid. Nice cashier and cook preparing the food. Everything was wrapped up properly. I also tried the gourmet fries, and it goes well with the CheeseSteak. A lot of calories, but well worth the treat. Plenty of seating here since it's in the food court of the outlet mall. Definitely the most appealing option here. Would definitely like to try more of the menu!

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. The employers (included the manager) were so disrespectful to me and my family. I did not get a rceipt and the manager started mocking me in front of the customers in disbelief that i did not get the receipt. My order came short of 2 items and he kept fighting me for the receipt. It was the worst experience I've had with a restaurant. Rude people to say the least. The team and manager need some serious trainning in customer service. The worse representation of a Brand!!!!
