I came through the drive through yesterday at 6:23 pm. The man who took my order and the girl who gave me the order were incredibly nice. So much so that my 8 year old daughter was surprised by it! The fast food experience can be difficult for all involved, so it was very refreshing to have two people make the day seem that much better. I was specific about the time in the event a manager views these!

I only get half an hour for lunch. I work nearby. When I go through the drive through I always have to pull ahead and wait for someone to come out with my food (how much time does it take to put together a 2 Cheeseburger meal?). Not just once or twice, but every time at this particular location. The last time it took 15 minutes, which was half of my lunch time. I had to eat while I drove back to work so I would not be late. Unbelievable.

I can't believe I paid 1.99 for a stale apple pie. I watched the manager take the pie from the shelf, and the manager took the pie to the back with her. The manager returned with Pie and put in the bag. Coffee warm, and no napkin. I may not be coming back here again to this location. She took off the hot until label off the box. You can see where it was. Location rte 56 at kirk rd . Food inspector need to be contacted

I came to order 2 meals for 2 people and for some reason we were told to wait in a spot for our order. No issue I understand the food industry but when we see 8 more cars and counting leave with their order before us, it makes you wonder why we were waiting 10 minutes plus. We asked an employee who came outside to give another order out and sure enough, they came outside with our order 1 minute later. It’s like they just forgot about us

Drove 25 min here to get a McRib..girl was too lazy to make my food and told me they close at 945pm. It says 11pm. Asked for refund and she told me she can’t do it and I have to call some number. Hoodrats that don’t want to do their job.
