My food was good, but I was so disappointed to learn that Red Lobster no longer has crab Alfredo, which was my go-to meal. In fact, they only do the crab legs from what I understand. I opted for the shrimp Alfredo, which was good too, but I think Red Lobster needs to rethink removing lump crab from their menu.

My server Braxton (u believe that was his name) was great. My family and I watch him handle a very unpleasant guest at the table next to us. They literally complained about EVERYTHING Braxton brought to their table. I was agitated for him but he handled THE SITUATION VERY WELL. && as for me , and my family we had no complaints he made sure to check on our table often. I stopped the manager and my sister expressed how great he was. You can imagine how the service was if I’m doing a review. GREAT JOB BRAXTON! We need more servers like you.

I love coming to red lobster but this time I came was horrible. The whole time our waitress Stephanie was very slow on service and kept forgetting things. She never brought over the biscuits at all so we didn't have them with dinner and the food wasn't as good as last time. We had to personally ask for water or else it never would've been a thought.

Bar Harbor is my new favorite. Service was slow but our server was nice.Update: Have dined early several times with no wait. Bar Harbor still my favorite but have ordered other meals via the Pick 2 or 3 selections. The skewered shrimp and sirloin are outstanding. The fried clam strips are the best. Prices are high but the food is good and the wait staff is wonderful.Update 2022-12-26: Miserable experience this time. Table of six. Started with poor service (inexperienced server). No utensils, napkins, cold crab legs, and incorrect order. Took 20-45 minutes to correct everything. Manager offered to comp entire bill (that was overkill) but came back and explained 'corporate policy' only allowed comps on messed orders and 20% off entire bill which I accepted. I realized each of our 6 meals were charged twice so I approached the manager and went over every line. She agreed I was double-charged. It still took more than 30 minutes to straighten out. All told we were there for 2 1/2 hours. I am very understanding when mistakes are made. However, not one person was interested in resolving their mistakes as a priority. It is doubtful I will return to Red Lobster anytime soon.Update 2024-03-03: Daughter wanted Red Lobster for birthday dinner. Party of 6. Miserable experience again. It was not crowded and still took forever to place order. Even longer for our meals which was only 5 of the 6 meals. The last meal arrived 10 minutes later. I will never return to Red Lobster.

I went to have a family outing and I was sat down and order it took the waitress 30 mins an appetizer remind you it was not busy..not to mention I had to remind her than it took N hour to bring food my guy ask for Alfredo pasta and it was plain noodles and chicken the potatoes was dry and overcooked. Neveverthe less it was my birthday dinner it was all bad and the manager did give us food for free for horrible services. Thank you to the manager but he need a new staff

I order here quite often, and since the pandemic I have gotten used to picking up my order instead of dining in. On Valentine's Day, I placed an order through their website, as usual. I picked up my order and went home. Got home and my wife realized that the half dozen cheddar bay biscuits we ordered were not included - I have a terrible habit of not digging through my orders to check for accuracy before leaving. I called later to inform them of this and a lady, Ariel, picked up. She put me on hold and then hung up. I called back and the same thing happened three times until she finally told me that they were busy - understandable for Valentine's Day but hanging up is not excusable. She took my information and said the Manager, Lisa, would call me back. It's been 5 days and I have not heard back from Ariel or Lisa. Now, I understand that mistakes happen and forgetting to include items in my order was an oversight; however, not returning my call after being made aware of your error is simply unacceptable. Either Ariel never bothered to inform Lisa, or Lisa never bother to return my call. Either way, not cool. The biscuits are only $4.99 so not a big deal, what really bothered me is that I went out of my way to include a tip on this order. I will still order here, but absolutely no more tips for take-outs and will definitely check to make sure my order is complete before I leave the restaurant, that's on me. The food and atmosphere are on par with what you'd expect at any Red Lobster. 2 Star for a sub-par service.
