First store inside Park to Shop on your right. Get the punch card to get a free drink after 5 orders. Smoothies are pretty good here. Milk tea, I have not tried. Same owner of Ninebar on Orchard Road. so you will find the drinks there with same containers. They won't honor the punch card there.

Worst boba I’ve ever tasted in my life. All the balls stuck together and were not chewy whatsoever. The drink was so watered down to the point where it had no taste, even with light ice.

I ordered the Fresh Milk 4 times and each time they gave me the Brown Sugar Milk TEA. Even though I specifically ordered just the milk without tea. At almost $10 for one drink I am very frustrated.

Tea flavor was just okay. A little too sweet for my husband's taste but I'm a sugar junkie so I thought it was just kind of a bit much. The tapioca however fell really short. It was too chewy and even came together in clumps. Not really my fav place to have boba.

We like spades because when you order 0% sugar it's not sweet. Maybe because they don't soak their tapioca in a ton of syrup? Boba is very chewy and the flavor of the milk tea is nice. Ordering is also quick because you can order at the kiosk.

*Edit 2* I've been buying drinks for so long here and never knew there was a loyalty rewards card. You should be offering this to customers or asking for it!! Im hoping they can give me punches after seeing my charges...*Edit* I have been going back to this place and I really enjoy the mango milk tea!Really good!! but they accidentally added cheese salt foam which I said I DIDN'T want and ruined the drink on top of spending more :( it was partially my fault, I should've checked the receipt while waiting, but please repeat the order to avoid mistakes like this!

I love their milk tea! It’s super delicious and the boba is very chewy and soft, which I love! They also have smoothies/non-boba options for those that do not like the boba/tapioca texture with their drinks. I also love that they have an order screen feature so you can get a glimpse of the drinks they offer or if you know what you want you can cut straight to the chase and get it!

I stopped by here in-person during the September Moon Festival Celebration in the parking lot of Pacifica Square on Saturday and ordered the Peach Smoothie - nothing else. They are the first booth on your right when you go inside the food court of Park to Shop. My simple order took forever because they’re overwhelmed by GrubHub orders. The young male cashier who took my order secretly added tips to my order when I was about to process my credit card on their iPad without my consent. Luckily I caught that in time before hitting confirm but this is some shady business practice. So why am I tipping for ordering a simple, overpriced drink and picking it up myself at your storefront?? Also, they did not fill up my cup (wish I took a picture while still there) so you get less of what you ordered. I would definitely avoid this place.
