I ordered a custom cake (decoration and black sesame flavor) from Sweet General remotely for my mom's birthday as I wasn't in Chicago. They dropped off the cake at 88 Marketplace at Bao Bae Bakery for me, which was a more convenient pickup location being in the city. Super appreciate the service option to do this! Had an awesome cake(peach mango) for my wife’s birthday. These guys are really sweet as they try to accommodate customer’s requests as much as possible and be prompt on replies and updates.And the cake…. Best I have ever tasted. Everyone of us LOVED IT. Not too sweet. Not too much cream. Just perfect.The roller pin topping was my addition.

I had just finished having my lunch and wanted something sweet but not to heavy and I was recommended the mango pomela cake. It has been by far the best dessert I ve had after stuffing myself. Vanilla based cake with cream and mango . I just can't explain it with words you have to try it. Pictures doesn't do justice to it.
