Small place, easy to miss. Excellent thin crust pizza. Limoncello Cake is light and delicious. The traditional bone-in wings are made to perfection. Wings were so good, they were gone before I thought to snap a pic. Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff.

After several years of sporadically ordering pizzas from here, we had out 20 coupons for a free 14". Ordered a half veggie half pepperoni garlic. It was awesome. I expected light ingrediants, given it was free, but I was very happy with the toppings. The pizza is always really good and my wife and I were asking each other during dinner "why don't we order from here more?" It will be in heavy rotation for pizza orders going forward.Parking: In a strip mall so plenty of free parking.
I was re-watching the HBO series The Sopranos this past week and noticed how the cast kept eating a ton of Gabagool (Capicola) - which is a delicious Italian cold cut I had never had before - so I did a Yelp search to see which restaurants in my area served it! I found that Pizza Factory had it on their menu so I ordered 2 of their sandwiches that had it (The Jersey Boy and The Outfit), plus I also ordered a 16 inch thin crust pizza called the Union Stockyard, a Chicago Blue salad and chicken noodle soup, for carry out last night! Everything was so fresh and delicious! Plus, I loved how they had Tony Soprano's picture under The Jersey Boy Sandwich's description in their online menu --LOL)! In addition, my order was quickly and accurately prepared when I came to pick it up (the sweet young lady at the counter was fun to talk to and professional as well)! The interior of the restaurant looked cozy, clean and inviting! I would definitely come back here to try more of their amazing food!

After commenting that the coleslaw was horrible, they had the nerve to call me and come at me for their food tasting like shit. The owner treats the staff like shit, I have videos. It blows my mind why the people that work there have stuck around. After telling people around town that I quit and no longer work there, the truth came out about how customers really feel about what they hear being yelled in the back and the frustration with the wait time. I explained that the owner always tells us it's our fault that they are waiting when he's making the pizza....never his fault. Immature and unprofessional. Poor guy must be struggling hence why he had to start closing Tuesdays. Hope it all works out at the end! But in highly doubt it

We purchased a Caesar salad and a medium thin crust pizza for carryout this evening (Sunday). The salad was just okay - lettuce was a little wilted and not at all cold. The pizza was not good. It was cold despite the fact that we were on time to pick it up (obviously, it had not been kept in a warming oven) and the crust was not cooked all of the way. I can't think of a time that we threw away leftover pizza but this one went into the garbage. The meal was very disappointing and we won't be back.

Today was my third time at PF and I can't believe I waited this long to do a review!I have not been to every restaurant in Barrington, but this one is my favorite.The service (5/5) is very good for a more casual restaurant. The ambiance is very nice--great smells when you walk in and the decor says, "You're in Chicago."For an appetizer we got the Chicago egg rolls (5/5)! The gal who invented these deserves some kinda award : ) They taste like little Italian beefs, complete with a side of aus jus and marinara sauce. I'd be happy with a stack of these for my meal.For the main I ordered a 10" Chicago pizza with mushrooms, peppers, onions, and sausage--thin crust, really good.If you like Chicago food, you'll love Pizza Factory. Highly recommended!

Finally checked this place in our after driving past it 400 times and glad I stopped for the first time! The hospitality was awesome. Pizza was great, beer was cold , I'll definitely be back!
