No answer at the drive thru for 2-3 minutes but I had a mobile order so I had to go in where they couldn't ignore me. Took 10 minutes or more for 2 big Macs, fries, and 20 nuggets. They didn't have the pies I ordered and since I didn't bring my wallet I got no refund on my mobile order. Lazy people here. The buns were burnt on the big Mac's and the fries were old and cold. I worked here 20 years ago and it was literally the best Mcdonalds in Peoria. Always the cleanest and the fastest drive thru times in the area. Dave and Kathy did a great job.Here we are 20 years later and this place is a disaster and a complete embarassment. The employees are slow, unmotivated, and dont care. Crazy 20 years ago the store was perfect with the employees making 5$ an hour. Now with these wages for this store to be a laughing stock is an inexcusable and sad.

Terrible service the order guy talks like he doesn’t care at all and is just pretty rude all together. I know it’s McDonald’s but damn at least sound a little nicer. What’s even worse is how does one sandwich and a drink take you 20 mins to make when there like only three people in line and I’m at the head of it.
