Even at the least busiest times. I mobile ordered and said I was here while I was still 5 minutes down the road. Waited in the drive through before even telling them I had a mobile order for another 5 minutes. Finally got to the window and told to pull up and then had to wait another 10 minutes. I’ve never seen slower service in my life. Maybe find some new management?

No answer at the drive thru for 2-3 minutes but I had a mobile order so I had to go in where they couldn't ignore me. Took 10 minutes or more for 2 big Macs, fries, and 20 nuggets. They didn't have the pies I ordered and since I didn't bring my wallet I got no refund on my mobile order. Lazy people here. The buns were burnt on the big Mac's and the fries were old and cold. I'd fire every person working that evening. 6pm Feb 12th. My order pick up time was 6:05pm that night according to the McDonald's app.

I worked here 20 years ago and it was literally the best Mcdonalds in Peoria. Always the cleanest and the fastest drive thru times in the area. Dave and Kathy did a great job.Here we are 20 years later and this place is a disaster and a complete embarassment. The employees are slow, unmotivated, and dont care. Crazy 20 years ago the store was perfect with the employees making 5$ an hour. Now with these wages for this store to be a laughing stock is an inexcusable and sad.

Terrible service the order guy talks like he doesn’t care at all and is just pretty rude all together. I know it’s McDonald’s but damn at least sound a little nicer. What’s even worse is how does one sandwich and a drink take you 20 mins to make when there like only three people in line and I’m at the head of it.
