When I learned about this place coming I was a bit surprised as there are 2 other chicken themed restaurants within a half mile and another 2 that sell chicken as part of their menu.
Boy was I wrong. This is by far the best of the bunch. The chicken is so moist and juicy and is paired with a kale based coleslaw that is amazing. Don't be put off by Hot in the name you can order with no spice with several levels up to the super hot reaper. They even put the spice selected on the fry's. All this and prices are great with good size portions to boot. Service is always good with happy helpful people. Maria has helped us several times and deserves a shout out. Overall an exceptional experience.”

“i’ve always driven by this place and thought, “i should go try them out.” well tonight i did! my boyfriend and i dined in and it was a pleasant surprise. the place is clean, everyone is friendly, the food is good and the service is great! i’ve never had such attentive and polite service in a restaurant before. our waitress was SO thoughtful! the ambiance was great- soft, subtle music, good lighting, i felt like i could be comfy there in my workout gear or fancy stuff if i wanted! it’s a very comfortable place. i loved the sweet and sour shrimp and the fresh spring rolls! prices are fair and the bathroom is much better than places i spent 3x the money at. support this local restaurant. they’re doing it right. thank you to everyone who took care of us tonight.”

“Disappointing. Have given this place a few tries, but last night was the last. Ordered a sausage pizza and there literally was 1 piece of sausage per slice on majority of the slices of pizza. Some slices actually had no sausage. Plus it was dry. Lifted up the cheese and there was barely any sauce. And, end pieces had no cheese. Took a pick when it was mostly gone....we were hungry so ate in anyways. We were very disappointed. A bad night maybe ? They weren't busy at all, no one inside. Really wanted to love this place, but....”

“What can I say about the Users Center? I am not an employee of Fermilab, but fell upon the users center one afternoon while birdwatching on their spacious and beautiful open lands. I am eternally grateful to be embraced by many diverse , funny and intelligent, (of course ) employees of Fermilab who I now call my friends. The users center is open to all but mostly frequented by residents and employees of Fermi. There is a bar run by a creative and warm welcoming bartender and a menu that offers tasty appetizers, sandwiches and a few chef prepared entrees.”

“The pieces we received were good but much smaller (and wadded up) than the Oswego location. In Oswego you get “strips”. In Batavia we both got wadded up pieces”

“Very good place over here be respectful talk with the jockey when you get there they'll be your primary contact when you get to the property after you're done being loaded if you need a little time to find another load or something they'll let you park in the back corner out of the way just don't abuse it and be there all day was in and out within about an hour and a half I parked on the side to finish my split sleeper and took off”

“Autumn at this location is an angel on earth. After visiting the night of July 4th my daughter lost her blankeys somewhere at the DQ. I went back that evening to ask and no one had seen them. I went back the next morning and Autumn was so kind to take my number and said she would look around. After checking the dumpster (what a sweetheart) she found them! My daughter was heartbroken after a night of sleeplessness and now she is over the moon. I’m so glad she saw this act of kindness at such a young age. Thank you Autumn you are simply the best! Ice cream is good too.”
