Slow, rude, and dirty. watched them tell people to cut their sandwiches in half because they were too busy. this is my third time they are and they are consistently the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve been you can feel the tension in the atmosphere from the customers getting such poor service. That will be my last time going to that sandwich shop. They really need to change management.

Ordered online an hour ago and still have not received it. Was told by employee we are at the edge of delivery area and that it was in someone’s car with 5 orders before us. I get it. But an hour? We live 7 minutes away. Never again.

If I could give this location less than I one star I would.I want to start off by saying I LOVE Jimmy John’s, I order a few times weekly. As well as, for employee work events.Today I wanted to try and intended to 5 star chicken Cajun sandwich. Unfortunately I have an allergy sensitivity to jalapeños, So that was the only thing I removed. It came loaded with jalapeños, Which is an easy mistake. I’m sure they’re shuffling out a ton of the sandwiches due to the promo.When I called to pick up a new sandwich and or get a refund, I was rudely screamed at by an employee that was not a manager communicating to the manager who I could hear in the background who is just as rude.The ignorance of the employee, Suggested they would come pick up the sandwich and then they would refund me. My understanding is a disbelief in my statement, that they didn’t have jalapeños on the sandwich. He also educated me that there’s two types of jalapeños, and that was my fault for not understanding that. I understood the difference in the jalapeños, one of which I can’t tolerate in one of which I cannot.He said that’s our only option and Violently smashed the phone hanging up on me.When I called back, Before he even said hello, he said the money Already refunded, and there was nothing to talk about. CLICK.The gentleman gave me his phone number to which he wanted me to send a picture, confirming this large stack of crispy jalapeños with a receipt.Honestly, I’m not mad at Jimmy John’s a whole however, this Batavia location is absolutely horrendous and after reading the reviews and only confirms the Ignorant staff they have in there. They definitely need to go through a restaffing, And at least educate these folks on Miscommunication situations as well as day-to-day communications, because clearly he Absolutely no idea what to do, Got overwhelmed, and was rude to me for absolutely no reason.I’m sorry for the havoc that I have caused ordering lunch. I will be sure to order from another location in the future.

The manager blamed the system for my dad coming in to order a tuna sub with just cucumber and just pickle and he said that every single sandwich Is always made with lettuce and tomato, even though my dad verified that we did not want that on the sandwich the manager on the phone had said they only have a no bun. Not only that my sandwich was loaded with tuna so much to wear. The paper was starting to rip from the moisture from the tuna. We’ve allowed this to happen so many times that that’s why I’m officially leaving a save the time and definitely go to a different Jimmy John’s. I tried to pick the lettuce into an off But the vegetables tasted, spoiled.

The manager named Alex at this place is a joke. Extremely rude over the phone, app says food was out for delivery and it’s been 30 minutes and still have not received food. Refunded me but of stole money from my refund. Will be disputing the difference. Careful when you order, pay attention to the amount.

They never remember the drinks. i called back and the guy on the phone made it seem like i could be lying and said something like if we realize we forgot it then we will bring it to you…. I waited an hour for the food when website said it takes 30 minutes.. then an extra 30 minutes for the drink I ordered. So an hour and a half total to eat my food with no drinks.

Terrible customer service by Alex who I assume is the manager. The associate making the sandwich misunderstood the order honest mistake. Alex proceeds to insert himself to fix the order but makes matters worse. He continually tries to place blame on the customer instead of accepting responsibility that there was an error made on their part. The solution would have easily been to fix the order.Because of Alex poor customer service we asked for a refund and went up the street to the Jimmy John’s on Orchard.Alex do better!

Would never come to this location again. Staff are a bunch of degenerates. Could find a group of monkeys with better attitude to run the store and would get a better result. Disrespectful, lazy, incompetent are a few words that come to mind when thinking of the staff. Filthy store, aggressive employees, I left before paying for my order. And I saw several other customers do the same. Filed a complaint of the website and never heard back lol

this was disgusting. the wrap was over priced and cold , salty , and lied about what it actually was. i spent $15 dollars for a small cup and one small wrap that didn't even fill me up and that was nasty when i could've went to a better and cheaper jimmy johns. i wish i got my money back but no refunds aloud. but i did finish eating it because i wasnt trying to waste my money so i just ate it. the worker was so rude and told us to just stop trying for ice. if i wanted ife i could eat ice.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My order was supposed to be delivered at 11:15, didn’t arrive until 11:52. No one answers the phone at the shop, delivery driver was unapologetic. I will never order from here again.
