wow ! wow ! wow! what a great place to have breakfas( they serve lunch too) the place is so very clean and the staff is excellent !!..now let's talk about why you want to be here..the food OMG my first visit i had the Belgian Waffle with Peaches and Pecans...spoiler alert they syrup comes in a warm bottle ...it was so good, portions are HUGE ,you may want to share a plate.... the next time i had Lemon/Rasberry stuffed french toast ... flavor party in my mouth.. ?? ?????Been going to Emily's for a long long time, ever since they opened their doors in Waukegan. I don't know why it took me so long to give a review, LOL. Their breakfasts have always been fantastic and their lunch menu is fairly extensive and everything on it is delicious. You might find less expensive options for breakfast, but you will not find better portions for your money. I used to live next door to the founder of Emily's but moved out of the neighborhood a decade ago. Recently, I became reacquainted with the Lindenhurst location. Met friends from WI at the Beach Park restaurant this weekend. Food and service between the two locations are the same. Great breakfast menu, excellent friendly service. You can't go wrong.Vegetarian options: Egg white veggie omelet.
