Burger is low grade and fries are horrible. The A&W root beer was the only thing I enjoyed. Most definitely do not recommend if you want a good burger this is not the place.

As a first time customer (which drive through had no idea I was a first time customer) I was pleased with Troy's service. He made me feel like I was a VIP.While waiting for my food, I was asking him questions on the history of the building as well as other questions following. Troy answered the questions without hesitation and with smile on his face the entire time. Troy made sure I had napkins, sauce for my cheese curds, and made sure I was well taken care of, made me laugh, etc, before driving off to go eat my food. I'd say that is royalty service for a fast food place. Troy, I'll be coming back to this specific A&W just because of you. I will also let my family and friends know, too.Keep up the hard work!I told Troy he needed a pay raise with how amazing his customer service was/is, because we don't see that kind of serving in the 21st century. You definitely have a one of kind working for you. I'd keep him, because his personality is contagious and other people will want that.Think of that, Management.

Well hello root beer! I've missed you! It took me too long to get to Belleville's A&W. Now that I'm here ... I like it! The Papa Burger was great! And messy. That's part of the attraction. The fries were excellent. But enough of that trivial stuff. You go here for the ROOT BEER! And when you put it into a huge frosty mug it's even better. I felt 12 again. So you know what I'm going to say, right? GET THERE!

My husband and I went on 1/31/24 and ordered a special and, of course, root beer! The employee who waited on us, Serenity, was absolutely the sweetest young lady we've ever encountered. My husband was using a walker because of a previous injury and she offered to get his root beer, take his order to the table, help him in every way she could. She was exceptional! And the food was delicious, hot, fast service. Would definitely recommend!

Food is always good. But there seems to always be something wrong with the glasses. There is always a chip or something wrong with them every time. One time I even got a small piece of glass in the float. They did replace it but I think they need to check their glasses a little bit
