As a first time customer (which drive through had no idea I was a first time customer) I was pleased with Troy's service. He made me feel like I was a VIP.While waiting for my food, I was asking him questions on the history of the building as well as other questions following. Well hello root beer! I've missed you! It took me too long to get to Belleville's A&W. Now that I'm here ... I like it! The Papa Burger was great! And messy. That's part of the attraction. The fries were excellent. But enough of that trivial stuff. You go here for the ROOT BEER! And when you put it into a huge frosty mug it's even better. I felt 12 again. So you know what I'm going to say, right? GET THERE!
