Prices have gone up and I understand. How come the quality hasn't? They take a ridiculous amount of time to get the pizza done. The little Caesar's in Addison is way faster and actually have friendly staff unlike here. I only go here because it closer. Time is a big issue. Overall the service is either mid or crappy. This place needs better management.
Customer service is great. They have pizzas ready pretty much all the time. If you want to order a specialty pizza it takes 10 mins. You can order over the phone. Friendly employees. ????

Staff is super friendly BUT don’t order the Extra Stuffed Crust because there is ZERO Parmesan cheese on the top of the crust as pictured!!! Looks just like the normal stuffed crust pizza but paid extra $$ for nothing. They also do not answer the phone. Aggravating!!!
