The Expresso Shoppe repaired our Jura Impressa E8. We'd tried calling Jura customer care. They simply told us to take it to the closest repair place. We live in Columbus, Ohio, and there is no repair place close by. Fortunately I commute to Chicago for work, so I brought it to ES. 5 stars experience. David is great, fixed my automatic espresso machine grinder in 10 minutes. He always give me fresh coffee that has rich flavor and great creama the way real espresso should be. Highly recommended.

I was actually referred to Dave by another person in the industry. He said to me "Dave is great. Go to him." Boy was he ever! Brought my machine in on Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday.
