It is a place where you can enjoy a meat sandwich with French fries or onions. The place is good, it is pleasant. You just have to keep it clean, because the garbage on the tables is sometimes unpleasant. You pour your drink and you can refil. There is not much service in Spanish. They should increase more bilingual staff. It is in an area where there are many Hispanic people.

One of my go to places for authentic Italian Beef Sandwich. The flavor of their sandwiches are amazing and in my opinion better than Portillo's. The food is made to order and fresh exactly how it should be. Great service and I especially like the fact you can eat inside and they will bring the food to your table.

Food was overpriced for cheap food and small portions. I asked for an Italian beef dipped and it was more drier than a sponge . The ravioli pasta tasted like frozen ravioli and the expensive kid sized milkshake I had. Almost spent 30 bucks for a meal I could had gotten more of for less than half the price I was charged.

Driving by hungry and my teammate Saint Death is vegetarian and said Buona has vegan Italian beef, and I was like SAYLESS! The cashiers were so cool. Great customer service. They were playing great music. Good vibes. The vegan Italian beef was decent! It was wet, but I would say it was a little barebones. I might be weird, but some tomatoes, onions and garlic I felt would make it hit harder. 4/5
