This is my favorite Burger King restaurant in the Chicagoland area. Zarius goes above and beyond to create the most courteous and effectively efficient environment possible. The cook and this location is also excellent. I make sure to visit several times a week and every time Zarius and the crew always provide an exemplary experience and service!

The manger is a good kind person . One of his employees didn’t want to give me a burger replacement which was wrongly made but the manger gave me a replacement . He kind hearted men heard my complaint and did the right thing . I’ve been eating here since a long time never had a problem at all . ?thumbs up for the manager .???✌️can’t say enough he needs a raise . The corporation really needs to give him at least a bonus or reward . Thumbs up for Burger King in Berwyn on Roosevelt rd .

I HAD A REALLY HAD TIME GETTIN THS CODE FOR THE FREE CHEESEBURGER TO COME ON MY BLESSIN PHONE TO GIVE THE BURGER KING EMPLOYEE THE CODE. I WAS IN THE DRIVE-THUR FOR 10 MINUTES & THEN HAD TO GO INSIDE FOR ANOTHER 20. THAT'S CRAZY. WHEN IT USE TO BE WHEN YOU JUST CHOOSE THE ONE THAT SAYS RESTAURANT. YOU ALL CHANGE THE WHOLE SYSTEM. AND WHAT MAKES IT SO BAD, I DON'T MIND BUYING Y'ALL'S FOOD & I DID BOUGHT A SIDE WITH IT. BUT STILL, IT WAS STILL FRUSTRATING, ESPECIALLY WHEN I KEPT DOING IT OVER ABOUT 6 TMES, ALONG WITH USING MY MOBILE APP.

I ordered on Uber eats and they cancelled it during business hours just because they didn’t want to do it. My Uber driver had to also contact me to say this. They always get my order wrong and they’re very rude there! Never coming here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
