This is by far the best chipotle location I ate at it's clean, food always prepped right and fully cooked and the staff are very friendly. Thanks to Manager Daniel who makes a busy long wait line get served very quickly and efficiently under he's management. I highly recommend this location

I’ve had chipotle probably once a week or every other week. My experience today was the worst.The brown rice was at the bottom of the container and instead of swapping it out for a new one, she gave my partner and I the old stale one. When we tried it, it was crunchy! My partner said that his steak was too dry andsalty. He didn’t finish his burrito.There were no napkins in the dispenser.The garbage was overflowing.And we couldn’t find anywhere to sit. And it wasn’t cause it was packed, actually at the time, we were the only ones there. But all the tables had cheese on it and there was rice on the floor.There were three people in the back not helping the one woman issuing out the food.Just a horrible experience.

This place needs new management, i keep giving them a chance but every time I order online it seems they make the food at the time they receive the order and have it sit there until pick up time. food is always COLD, and chicken tastes chewy as if its reheated from night before or something.Now if you go in, the workers have major attitude or look miserable, no one greets you or says thank you, and the one girl that is always there has the worse attitude. she will literally look at you like she wants to fight. the portions are also a joke. even if you ask for extra and that you'll pay for it they give you this death stare and then sprinkle whatever extra ingredient you wanted, Just save your time and go to the one on army trail rd.

Terrible service. Placed an online order 45 mins before the closed. Food wasn't ready and they couldn't make it because they didn't have any meat, and claimed that they are closed 20 mins before their close time. Had to contact the corp to get a refund. They always mess up the online orders and are very rude.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced. Like all the other reviews the food was so old and dry and not warm. Portions were also stingy and the people working were just as cold and dry as the food they served. Will go out of my way to avoid this location. Food was also so salty it was barely edible.

Terrible! I've never eaten such cold, stale and old food at any chipotle restaurant. I mean, all of the food. It wasn't just the rice or the beans or the sofritas. All of it was old, hard and disgusting. I definitely will only go to army trail from now on. BTW, yesterday someone had mixed meat accidentally with my sofritas. Unacceptable!
