It doesn't matter which Panera Bread location it is, they are all incredible. I've seen this for myself because I've been to over 5 of their locations in different states and they're all incredible. Yes, I agree that some have an advantage in automatic computers for online ordering and some have friendlier staff, but as for the food, it's just incredible. I recommend everyone to try at least something from this establishment. This is currently my favorite place to eat healthy. Thank you for your work. You are well done!

Here right now, Friday night at 5:15pm and there are three of us. Two of us tried to order and they were out of what we wanted. Needed to find something else or substitute. What??? You're a restaurant that has a limited menu, not sure how that happens by 5 o'clock. ? Might need to have your crew retrained. Especially your person handling your supply orders. Do better Panera! Too many new places around you to choose from. On a positive note: your cashier was very professional and helpful as she can be while completely embarrassed and left dealing with the customers. Not one supervisor or mngr came out any of the three times she had to tell us you were out of that menu item?

I’ve ordered multiples times from this location and though some food hasn’t been all that bad, this time it was horrible.I ordered the Mediterranean bowl which was not only bland but had pieces of old lettuce. Disgusting, just decided to throw the bowl away. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

This review does not apply specifically to this location, as I have had the same experience at multiple locations over the past year. The food is okay and the service is typically pretty good. The biggest problem I have with Panera of late is that they are out of almost every type of bread after 4pm. Every single time we've gone for dinner, they are out of almost every variety of their "specialty" breads. Last night, my wife ordered soup in a bread bowl. Nope, all out of bread bowls. I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo. Nope, all out of the tomato bread. Fine I'll get a Toasted Steak & Cheddar. Nope, out of ciabatta bread. Bottom line: skip Panera for dinner because they will be out of almost everything. Either Panera "can't afford" to pay for staff to bake items throughout the day or they're cutting costs by not making enough bread to last throughout the day. Either way, what's the point in staying open through dinner if you're not going to have a full menu? Panera corporate really needs to stop putting profits over quality before they run this place into the ground.

What’s the point in giving me an option to not include utensils if you’re just going to ignore it and send me home with some waste for me to recycle?

As always Panera has great soup and sandwiches. But, this visit was a long wait for my order to be prepared.

Came in for a quick breakfast with the family & had the best experience at this Panera location! I originally wanted broccoli cheddar soup but was told that it would not be ready for 20 minutes so I settled on a bagel. After I finished eating my food, Rick the manager came out and gave me a free complimentary soup with a side of bread. This was the most amazing gesture & costumer service my family and I have ever experienced! Rick was extremely kind & showed how much care he gives his customers. We will 100% be coming back to this location because of Rick & his kindness. He is the definition of an amazing manager.
