Haven't been to a KFC lately, but this one was way better than the last time I went to one. Got a 3 piece meal and the food was cooked fresh and the service was nice. Almost felt like going back in time when KFC was a pretty good
This is the only KFC in Bloomington that regularly has chicken. So, they rock!Food:The chicken was great. I got a 12 piece family extra crispy. Chicken was awesome crispy, not overcooked, hadn't been sitting long.We recieved potatoes that were an interestingly mushy consistency..and no gravy. While I appreciate KFC's classic flavors, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. The chicken seemed overcooked and lacked the juicy tenderness I've come to expect. Additionally, the service was a bit slow, and the restaurant could benefit from better organization to reduce wait times. I understand it's hard sometimes since I've worked in fast food for almost 5 years. But I believe 12+ minutes is unacceptable no matter the place.
