While I appreciate KFC's classic flavors, my recent visit left me a bit disappointed. The chicken seemed overcooked and lacked the juicy tenderness I've come to expect. Additionally, the service was a bit slow, and the restaurant could benefit from better organization to reduce wait times. I understand it's hard sometimes since I've worked in fast food for almost 5 years. But I believe 12+ minutes is unacceptable no matter the place. I hope KFC takes this feedback into consideration to elevate their offerings and provide a more enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Haven't been to a KFC lately, but this one was way better than the last time I went to one. Got a 3 piece meal and the food was cooked fresh and the service was nice. Almost felt like going back in time when KFC was a pretty good

Disgusting. Rude employees wearing slippers to work. Ketchup all over wall. Food drenched in grease. No wonder there is a sign that says no refunds, I'm sure everyone asks for one here. Will be calling corporate and public health

How hard is it to listen to what someone orders. Especially on a mobile order 4 times in the last month you dont even try to get the order right. 2 of the 4 when i return it and place the same order its yet again wrong. Dont give this place your money.

This is the only KFC in Bloomington that regularly has chicken. So, they rock!Food:The chicken was great. I got a 12 piece family extra crispy. Chicken was awesome crispy, not overcooked, hadn't been sitting long.We recieved potatoes that were an interestingly mushy consistency..and no gravy. (Asked for it 2 times)Mac n Cheese was pretty solid for a KFC as well. Like all KFC restaurants, it needed a little salt.Service:The service itself was not bad. They were a little slow, but it was a Friday night at 7:30 and they were packed. The window dude was on his first day and even though it seemed like he'd been there awhile, he was very pleasant. The lady taking orders was very nice. However, again, they forgot our gravy.Atmosphere:All KFCs in blono are sketchy, but it's got solid chicken, so idc.
