Was very excited for the jumbo rice crispy treat. Paid a decent amount for it too….opened it and it completely crumbled. Basically zero marshmallow. I would suggest making sure recipe is followed closely or redone.

I ordered a large Pad Thai, like I used to order years ago, but found the bowl only half filled, and so sweet tasting, I could hardly eat it. The worst part about the entire meal was the absolutely cringeworthy cardboard straw they served for my CokeZero which was bitter for some reason. The straw had the most unpleasant texture and sensory feel to it that it finished off the once desirable nature of this meal. It was so bad, that I was shocked that things had changed so much in a restaurant I used to love to visit. I have decided that I can no longer ever go back to Noodles and Company. The straw's texture was the worst part, and the small portion of noodles were a carb nightmare. Bad-tasting bitter soda. Most unfortunate.

I decided to get noodles and company last week as a treat and I’m very dissatisfied. This noodles location IS SO BAD. Not only was my bowl half way full, but there was an eyelash stuck to one of the noodles. The location on ISU campus has much better service and food all together. Sad to see how bad this location has become recently. Also forgot to mention- the place smells awful.

I was visiting my daughter during the football game last weekend, I go to use the bathroom when I asked where it was at I got a rude remark from staff, after entering the bathroom I saw staff with a Nametag I think read Mia, she didn’t wash her hands and it reeked of cannabis, in the all gender bathroom. I am very disappointed with the discretion and disrespect. I hope for better experiences with future customer as I will not be coming back.

I’m so dissatisfied with this staff. Mia, Kylie, Paris talked and whispered like it was high school. They ignored me when I first walked up to the cash register and they whispered and pointed at me I’m pretty sure one of them called my “fatty” when I ordered a large Mac n cheese :( I’ll never eat here again ! I use to love noodles and company but now I just get trauma walking back in . Kylie also gave me such bad vibes #Shestooyoungtobeamanager.

I walked into the restaurant and got dirty looks from the cashiers. I was having a bad day all ready and this made me very irate. I was not happy with the costumer service as I think I read the name Kylie when she gave me dirty looks and attitude when I was ordering. I had an online order and a caryout my online order had less than half full and other things in it which is absolutely nasty, my noodles were hard and cold it was a reward and was super disappointing . Place wasn’t very clean when I did my rewards it didn’t work and the manager wasn’t nice at all to the employees terrible atmosphere.

Restaurant hours close at 9pm on weekdays. My family walked in at 8:10pm on a Monday and was rudely informed that they would sell us food but we couldn't eat there because they closed the dining room. Really??? How do you close a restaurant's eating area 50-minutes BEFORE the scheduled/posted closing. Manager was extremely rude.Will never eat at this Noodles& Company EVER

Had the lights turned off the whole lime broken down floors being mopped and 5 employees leaning on the counter ready to run out at 9 when they actually close. They told us the dining room was closed and did everything in their power to let us know they didn't want our business...
