What service????? What atmosphere?????? Whatever happened to hospitality????? I can get service from a vending machine but, I can't get hospitality. Won't be back till you feel I'm worth a real person serving me.

On Friday the 9th we went through the drive through around 6 PM. No one was in line. We did notice a few couples heading inside the restaurant. We were acknowledged at the drive through speaker and we were asked to wait. A short while later another person came on and said they couldn’t take our order but we could come inside. The person said there were only 2 people working and they had a large group inside. We left.

Whoever the night manager was he was extremely rude and unprofessional. We stood in the lobby for 10 minutes before we were even approached. The drive thru had been closed and the one other customer had already been served. So they legitimately had 0 orders. Eventually the manager came up to talk to us. He walked up and started immediately telling us we are at the wrong place. He wouldn't even check my receipt or help me in any way. Hope he steps on all the legos?

The food is barely acceptable, and there is no service anymore. You place your order on a tablet and wait to be called.This is not the same business as it was just a few years ago.They hate having to interact with in-store customers.

Horrible food (barely lukewarm) that took 30 mins instead of the 15 mins listed on the app order. Plenty of employees visible. No line in drive thru.
I went through the drive through at 8 o'clock on a monday and they said they were closed. Lol apparently they just refuse people when they don't want to work. I almost feel bad because they are clearly struggling but with service like that who can blame people for not coming in. It has probably been three years since I have been to a steak n shake. Will probably never go again.
