I went in this week for the first time, they were short staffed. One woman was handling the whole place. So it was a bit of a wait to order and for my food. However, the service was fantastic, the woman who was working really did a phenomenal job. Food was even better. Will definitely be back to try everything else on the menu!
I found this place because my original plan was elsewhere. They were closed. This was a happy little accident finding BUB. The Beef Sammich is 12/10. It's one of those meals you hate that you're getting full because you don't want it to end.

BUB Cafe is my new favorite brunch, lunch, and dinner spot in Blue Island, so much so that I've been 3 weekends in a row! The first weekend I went, I tried the Italian Chicken Salad sandwich and it is delicious; it's a new take on a classic lunch standard with GREAT bread.
