Thanks for being so sweet to my baby over the weekend at the Saint Joseph Day event. I was hesitant to bring him, but he was welcomed with open arms (literally…the bartenders played with and held my baby throughout the night) and happy smiles! He enjoyed a trifecta of pizza, pinball and patio play time and I got to have a beer like old times without feeling judged. Thanks for the hospitality <3

Good local bar with good atmosphere. The food is good and the craft beer selection is very good. The cocktails are good as well.

Bartenders were very nice. Low key place to just chill and have a nice time. Pinball machines were fun too. Definitely would suggest this place if you want to have time with friends. You can hear yourself talk!

Really chill bar. I might be in the minority, but I enjoy that it's not a sports centric bar. Also free pinball sundays!

Kendal was absolutely 100% inviting for my first time here. Upon arrival he gave me a hug and welcomed me I complemented his scent He said yeah that’s Friday baby and slid me over a drink I said how do you know what I drink? He said, I just know. Happy Friday!!!then we had some good eats over at bizarro and son, which is conveniently in the same place.. Chips and salsa were top-notch, followed by his personal take on the Cuban, which was absolutely dazzling so I ordered it twice. Currently waiting on my dessert. he even introduced me to the rest of the back of House crew. Steve was very nice and made me a bracelet out of glass right there on the spot. And then Jason who runs like lightning when an order hits the window to make sure it gets to the table in due time every time, he walked by he laughed at all my jokes and one time he even fixed my shirt collar and for that I thank him.I’ll be back. Mark my words.

The fact that the head of krampus is on the wall next to a sign that says unattended children will be taxidermied and then a buffalo head on the other wall amongst all of the pinball games the great bartender the atmosphere and the odd bike wheel chandelier beer bottle thingamajigger awesome place awesome awesome awesome...

They served us undercooked chicken, still raw in the middle and have a 10 year old kid running the kitchen window. Food was atrocious. Found a couple hair in my fries as well. Good atmosphere but stay away from the

I love this place. If craft beer is your thing, it's worth making a trip here. The bar is located on a one way street in Blue Island that has other bars and restaurants in the area with a real chill vibe.Met the owner (Dave) and he's super cool. He showed me their patio (which is cigar friendly - yay!) and their large selection of beer and whiskey. For food - they rotate between a couple of vendors, so depending on the day you could have Detroit style pizza (don't knock it until you've tried it) or tacos and other fare. Candidly I dug their thin crust pizza, but I don't think you could go wrong with anything. They do have a couple of TVs, but I spent my time on the patio. Also if you're a pinball fan - they offer a number of machines to choose from which is a nice touch. One more random point of information - they have a sour beer that tastes like Skittles. Give it a shot!Big fan of Rock Island, and I'll be back for sure.

RIPH is nothing without Mike Vanderbilt behind the stick. There is no vibe here without him. There would be no RIPH without him leading them out of the plandemic, frankly. Dave and Jen need to own up to their mistake of not bringing him back and do the right thing. I won’t be going back until they do. And I encourage you, dear reader, to do the same. Best bartender in Chicago for a reason, my guys!!!

My friends and I used hang out here a several times a week; the cocktails were unmatched in the area and the atmosphere was unique. Unfortunately, that all went down hill when the bar wrongly let go of their local favorite bartender Mike. This was our go to destination for a night-cap or trivia and we were always excited to introduce friends to this fun gem, but it's almost unrecognizable now. The quality of the cocktails has disappeared and the once fun and inviting atmosphere is gone.I truly wish I could continue hanging out here, but my friends and I can't support a business that doesn't support it's employees. Very sad.

A spacious place with a good atmosphere, but terrible service. I didn't buy anything in that place due to lack of attention. There are pictures of hamburgers on their page, which are not on the menu.
