This place is ghetto. They run out of meat in the middle of the day.. How are you not selling steak at 4pm on a Saturday.. Poor planning and management a Hispanic lady wouldn't event talk to me or look my way when I ask for a manager. Revamp this store.. Way too hood and get rid of the managers too.. Start over

We visited this location on a Sunday afternoon, first time too. Walking in I could see there was lots of food scraps on the cashiers counter, and the grill looked pretty dirty. Went up to the counter, they said they were out of chicken al pastor, chicken, steak and white rice. We just left and went to a different restaurant. I love chipotle, so please improve this store.

Worst burrito roller I’ve ever seen. Cringe worthy. Messed up 4 burritos before me. Had to reroll mine and even worse the second time. And it wasn’t even busy. 2 pm.

This is the second time that I have ordered from this particular Chipotle. And both times they have messed up my order I asked for cheese lettuce sour cream and of course chicken they did not put the cheese lettuce and a little of the sour cream on the side and the bowl and the black beans that they did give you it was wasted on the top and on the side of the bowl and the chicken was so thick that I have to take the chicken and cut it up myself because they just put chunks of chicken in the bowl I would never I repeat never order from them again and I definitely would not recommend that no one from there

Worst most disgusting Chiplote I’ve ever been in. I’m not sure what has happened to this location but it has gone down hill over the last several months. This location is nothing like the happy healthy Chiplote commercials you see on tv. Staff is rude and have zero customer service skills, in fact they were mocking the only person actually working. The place is a complete mess, dirty tables, garbage piling over, floors with food all over it. Ice machine was empty and when asked to refill the ice machine they were to bothered (doing nothing) to do so. In addition our food order was completely wrong. They couldn’t even read off the online order well enough to get it right. They handed us the orange with the kids menu that was rotten and when we asked the worker if they would eat this orange he said no way but yet we had to asked for a different orange. Let’s just say we won’t be back. Hopefully the food we did get won’t give us food poisoning. Corporate needs to do some serious intervention here.

This place was a mess! The glass over the food prep area was dirty. The prep counter had food droppings all over the ingredient location and the counter. There were 2 foot high stacks on metel food containers that needed to be washed across from the meat cutting station. 3 Garbage cans over flowing. The soda machine was dirty. Staff were not friendly. The only positive I have to say is there was no loud music going as is usual in this location. My daughter and I will not be returning.

Placed an order for pickup online 5 days ago and choose the earliest time which was about 10 minutes. I was about 10 minutes away so figured it would be ready when I got there and would be quicker than lining up to order. When I got there I had to wait another 10 minutes to receive my food though.This wouldn't have been too bad of a wait, but I could have gone through the regular order line 2 or 3 times in the time it took me to receive my food. I did the online order assuming it would be faster but was wrong. Also I had a really basic bowl order (chicken, extra rice, mild salsa, fajita vegetable) and I did not receive extra rice.It was my first time going to this location and most likely my last time as well.

I've been at this location few times only, but this time was a little late after 6pm so most of the ingredients were gone and the staff was courteous and polite, but missing the great attitude. Lady in front of me complained about the portion which I agreed, they were very inconsistent with the portions.Other than that... It is chipotle and you know what to expect.
