This new ordering setup is AWFUL. Drive thru was coned off, forced to either come inside or order online. No one was at the ordering desk, a line of people (aprx 12) so I asked the Oberweis counter but had to wait for someone to finish helping the 3 individuals ahead of me. There were roughly 6 people just sitting and waiting for their already placed orders of ice cream. Staff consisted of only 3 people that I could see 2 on the ice cream side and 1 on the food side. We went to Oberweis on 08/14 around 1pm to try their old fashioned sundaes.They were excellent and the young man who served us was very nice and friendly.Would definitely come back !
