I’m literally in the store now, we’ve been here for 15 minutes and no one came to the counter, so downloaded the app to order and it’s going to take 20 minutes when no one is in the store? I’ll be surprised if the order even gets made.

This new ordering setup is AWFUL. Drive thru was coned off, forced to either come inside or order online. No one was at the ordering desk, a line of people (aprx 12) so I asked the Oberweis counter but had to wait for someone to finish helping the 3 individuals ahead of me. There were roughly 6 people just sitting and waiting for their already placed orders of ice cream. Staff consisted of only 3 people that I could see 2 on the ice cream side and 1 on the food side. This layout is a TERRIBLE business decision but worse when not staffed properly. After evaluating how long this was going to take, I walked right out. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Disappointing experience! $19 for 2 scoops of ice cream and a turtle sundae. Sundae had no nuts or caramel, chocolate sauce instead of hot fudge. Tried to hand me my order through the window without a bag "here ya go".... Really! If you are going to charge these prices then get it right and show some pride in your work.

A case study in inefficiency. No more drive thru. Now, orders for all three connected restaurants are taken from a single counter. A counter that nobody was attending with no one in sight. Three employees were ready to serve me but couldn't because some corporate hack thought this would save money. Take your business elsewhere.

Please hire more staff or close this store. It took 45 minutes to get an ice cream order on a very hot day!
Very slow careless service here. I was the only one in the drive through and it took 10 minutes for them to take my order and another 15 minutes to hand me my watery shake and I asked for no whipped cream and they gave me whipped cream, then they took it back and scooped some whipped cream out and stirred the rest in and gave it back to me with no straw or spoon. The shake tasted horrible and watery so I brought it in for a refund. There were 6 employees standing around, and the place was filthy. I took some pictures to give you an idea. This place is very unsanitary, and if I were you, I would think again before coming to this location. I wonder what the city building health department would think.

What is happening with this location? It seriously took 10 mins to get 1 vanilla shake and 1 chocolate shake. And this isn’t the first time. It should not take that long. And looking in from the drive thru window, I kinda question eating here to begin with. Puddles of milk on the counters and just in general disarray. These kids need some serious training or maybe some management. You can do better Oberweis. You should have a little more pride in your brand.

We went to Oberweis on 08/14 around 1pm to try their old fashioned sundaes.They were excellent and the young man who served us was very nice and friendly.Would definitely come back !

It's a Sunday today and a little while ago when I came here there weren't many people here and there were plenty of staff but they don't seem to wipe down tables or restock anything ever! The three booths on the Oberweis side were empty and dirty when I came in and empty and dirty when I left. At least two of the napkin dispensers right next to each other needed to be restocked but they weren't and the bathroom is messy. It's not like they are overwhelmed, it was kind of slow and there were plenty of staff but they just didn't bother to clean or restock anything. I still give it two stars because of course the ice cream is good, even if they did give me it in a to go to container when I said I wanted to eat here.

Great service. Got my order quickly and it tasted great. Ella, Danny, and Jacob helped us and even gave us a flight out of the kindness of their hearts. Jacob especially helped us out and made our experience even better by being very kind to my group
