They all should get raises signed the ice cream man they all had great attitudes. “It’s hard to find excellent customer service anymore but, Michelle (the manager I believe on duty) was exceptional today. My sandwich was taking a long time and she offered me a free drink. It then took a little bit more time and she offered me a cookie, introduced herself to me, asked me my name and I chatted with her for a bit. I rarely find someone who goes out of their way to make a customer happy anymore, and I was really impressed with her. I hope whoever is her manager reading this knows that they have a good team member on their hands! I’ll be back for sure.“
“I order contactless delivery from this location quite a bit since this is my nearest JJ location and just wanted to say thank you for all that the delivery drivers do! They are very quick, always super pleasant, usually wave and say hello if they see me outside getting my order. It’s always a great experience.“
“I’m a manager at MOD two doors down from them, and we were LITERALLY locked out because the lock box was frozen shut ? called them, told them what was up, and after we laughed for a sec they gave me a pan of hot water and I was able to melt the lock and get in. 10/10 service fr ???“
“Pretty decent Jimmy John's, workers are speedy with the sandwich prep and they even have a drive-thru. The Vito (#5) is a great classic Italian sub, and the avocado turkey bacon is another solid choice. Get a combo with a drink & chips or a cookie!“
“COLD CUTS, WARM DEMEANOR Our local Subway consistently makes sandwiches with a smile. There are no shortage of Subways in the western Chicago 'burbs; this one in Bolingbrook is located at the intersection of Weber Rd & Hassert. It's in a strip mall with Otobo Sushi, Pita Zone and a Dairy Queen. Over the last couple of months I've stopped in here a few times to grab a speedy lunch bite and always had a good experience. I'm surprisingly rigid when it comes to my sandwich order, whether that be at Jimmy John's, Jersey Mike's, Potbelly, or here. 99.8% of the time I'm getting the 'BMT' on Italian herb & cheese bread, with lettuce, cucumbers, jalapenos, black olives, mayo, oil & vinegar, and baja chipotle sauce (in case you're wondering, the other .02% of the time it's the sweet onion chicken teriyaki). A 6" standalone sub is $6.29--you can add chips + drink for an extra $3.70. Normally this would mean a lunch combo is $10, but frugal me clipped a coupon that saved $3-4. Every so often I'll upsize to the footlong BMT, but it's rare for me to be quite that hungry around noon, at which point I forego the chips. The workers here seem to be much nicer than typical Subway folks, twice now they've engaged me in casual conversation while waiting for the toaster to work its melty magic. Lots of other Subways have crew who just blankly stare off into the void or make unintelligible grunting noises. What I'm saying is, it's nice to deal with humanity from time to time. * TL;DR * That was probably too much writing for a simple sandwich chain, but hey, this was my first review of 2022 so there's been a ton of words backed up in the ol' noggin. This Subway is fast, they're close, they're pleasant enough. I like 'em, I'll be back.“
“Dont know why people rated this location so poorly, it is probably the best subway in Bolingbrook! One of the best subways ive been to in the suburbs/chicagoland. Their tomatoes(and other veggies) arent discolored/melted like it sat there all day; everything is fresher. The italian herb n cheese actually has a cheese crust that you can taste in every bite. And they ALWAYS have fresh brewed tea. The personell are attentive and very generous. Great subway!“
“I don't know why but I keep forgetting we have a Jimmy John's a block from home. I have always liked their sandwiches, and lately have been getting them as "unwhiches". It's a little messier, but totally worth it to keep the flavors but lose most of the carbs and calories. Our local store is clean and the folks are courteous. I should go there more often!“
“I've met my son there for lunch multiple times and we've always thoroughly enjoyed our choices. You can get almost any combination of ingredients on a grilled cheese sandwich that you could want, the soups are delicious, and the mack and cheese is awfully tasty. Highly recommend this “
