The Mukase Restaurant is a great place to try African cuisine for the first time. The Egusi Stew with Beef or Chicken and FuFu are highly recommended, although be aware that the food can be spicy. The young man who helped the customers was polite and welcoming, providing good recommendations. The restaurant is clean and has ample parking. The FuFu, a dough made from cassava and plantain, was a favorite among customers. The plantains and Sobolo, a drink made from hibiscus flower, were also enjoyed. The only downside mentioned was that the fish served had bones still in it. Overall, the restaurant received high marks for customer service and food, making it a great place to try African food.
