We ordered 2 sandwiches with extra peppers ?️, when we get home, we found they did not give what we want. Called the store, they acknowledged the error. Asked to come and collect our credit whenever we want. We agree that mistakes happen and it is not a problem. But next day when we went to collect food,Manger on shift, was very rude and yelled at my kid, saying they can give peppers, yelling on customers in side store. We felt very embarrassed. This is a decent place and I have ate here often.I requested onion be added to my sandwich on my last visit. I can't begin to say how disappointed I become when my order is not correct. I hope to raise my rating in the future.

I personally don't know why people love the jimmy john chips or pickles. Until I got some with my sub. They just complete the meal and I guess that Jimmy Johns are just built different compared to the rest.
