I used to be a huge fan of Pattycakes. Very delicious, pleasant workers, and convenient. Since they shorted there hours and took away the daily flavors it has gone downhill. I have been calling, messaging, and even went to there location everyday the pass two weeks. Calls don’t go through. Messages ignored. When you go there they are NEVER open. How can they have a business when you can’t even place an order? I’ve given up on them. It’s sad because it was such a good bakery months ago.

Has anyone been able to get in contact with them since they downsized? I’ve been trying to inquire about an order and it seems like I’m getting ignored. It’s been over a week. It’s sad because it seems like there was some miscommunication somewhere about the order and I’m trying to at least speak with someone on the phone to get clarification. My order is for a wedding event so it’s kind of important.

They will only allow you to buy 4 cupcakes of one flavor with two hours before closing and the weekend only one day away. I don’t understand why somebody would not want to sell all of their product.

Have a variety to choose from. I like the strawberry cheese cakes. The counter help was very unfriendly so I never go in here anymore.

my husband brought me home some cupcakes yesterday. turtle,cheese cake and lemon blueberry. OMG the are all AMAZING. I am happy and sad that this bakery is 45 minutes from me because i would buy cupcakes everyday! hands down the best gourmet cupcakes I've ever had. I've been waiting 6 months to try this place and they did not disappoint..
BEWARE!!!! This business WILL NOT refund your money, even if you give them a weeks notice that you have to cancel. The claim is that they simply can not refund a credit card payment and that they reserve a day for your order (2.5 dozen regular cupcakes, nothing special, and a smash cake with glitter and the number 50 on it) I've never heard of this, ever. It was very upsetting that on top of having to deal with a loved one suffering from COVID and having to cancel their big party that I now have to figure out when I will have a need for all this again. $102.00 is not chump change. The owner called me after reading the review, very upset. She offered to "hand me the money out of her own pocket" (Yes, it sounded exactly the way you heard it in your head). I'm not looking to be a monster.

Worst cake of my life!!!! Too dense, too much ginger, DRY!!!! For $46 overpriced, I can't give this cake away, it's embarrassing, this is a frozen pre fab cake!!

The cupcakes where way too sweet, the cake portion was really great it’s just that they put WAY too much frosting. The frosting also isn’t that great, I got a Christmas one that tasted like a supper sweet American buttercream, while the turtle flavor was a bit better since it had some vanilla. It's also really firm frosting which makes it feel like your eating cold butter. Despite it, the cake was nice and moist and the turtle cupcake even had a nice Carmel surprise in the middle.

Ordered 2 1/2 doz regular (same price as the specialty ones) cupcakes with black frosting for a 50th Birthday party that cost me $61.00. YIKES!! Had to cancel the order 7 days prior to pickup because of COVID. No refunds. They didn't tell me that when I opted to pay for the order in full instead of just a deposit. It's also not posted anywhere on their website. Store credit only. So be aware, because they don't share that until you are screwed.

This is my absolute favorite place to go when I've got a sweet tooth. The cupcakes and pumpkin bars are to die for - seriously the best I've ever tasted. I love that they have a rotation of flavors so they're able to focus on quality over quantity and so that you can try something new almost every time. They are a little pricey, but they're worth it. Plus, the staff are always smiling and happy to help. The bakery itself is also super clean. Overall 6/5
