“I’m giving Tony’s 5 stars because I mean I PERSONALLY have never had a bad meal or experience there. It’s everything you could want in a family style restaurant/ diner. The waiters , bus boys & staff are very attentive. The place is always clean INCLUDING THE BATHROOM! It’s our go to breakfast, lunch or dinner spot ! The menu is filled with so many options and specials to choose from . Portions NEVER disappoint .Today I had their beef stroganoff in which I forgot to take a pic of because I was so hungry but it was fire ! ? you get exactly what you pay for here . Every time I sit down in a booth it makes me feel like i can talk about nothing, (a Seinfeld reference). The menu is full of classic diner dishes, from hearty breakfast options to juicy burgers and sandwiches to homemade soups and salads. I particularly enjoyed the Tuna melt, which was perfectly put together with just the right amount of cheese and tune on white bread. The French toast was also excellent, with a soft and fluffy texture that melted in my mouth. But if you want the traditional, just order the all American breakfast, 2 sunny side up eggs with hash browns and two slices of bread, along with a cup of coffee. Everything is delicious. The staff at De Mar's are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. They were quick to offer suggestions on what to order and were always on hand to refill drinks or answer any questions. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay for hours. There is plenty of seating, so you won't have to wait long to be seated, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Overall, I highly recommend De Mar's to anyone looking for a traditional American diner experience. She greeted my children warmly. She is very attentive and kind. You can tell she takes pride in her restaurant and making sure you leave in a better mood than you arrived. There is also a chopped tomato and onion salad which is mildly spiced, I didn't catch the name of it, but we got it at their suggestion, and it's also so yummy! They were out of foule this time, so we definitely plan to go back. Very casual atmosphere with plenty of tables, and very clean.“

“Somebody suggested this dive bar has the best burgers in town, and I would have to agree. I loved the Uptown Mushroom burger and handcut fries. The tables are a little small but adequate, and the bartenders are friendly and attentive. The only unfortunate thing for me is that they don't have any beers on tap, although the bottle selection looked decent. I will look forward to trying a burger on the patio in warmer weather, but I think I'll be back for another burger in the next few weeks.“
