“OMG, I had not been to Bakers Square in forever! I was hoping they still had my favorite sandwich: Grown up grilled cheese, with fries and honey mustard on the side and of course I finished it off with a slice of lemon meringue pie. Our waitress was very funny and checked on us often throughout our meal. My family and I will definitely be back. Now go ... Check 'em out!!! ???“
“We ate there with friends for dinner. We were seated right away; this is a very big place. It is very well kept and very old school in every way. The service was top notch with very attentive wait staff.I ordered the Sliced Roast Turkey, and my wife went with the Chicken and Lake Perch Combo. My Turkey was good, though slightly on the dry side but the gravy helped with that. The dressing and potatoes were good.My wife’s dinner was very large, and she said it all tasted good. She didn’t agree with the reviews about the chicken being the best, but she said it was fine. Next time she will just get the Perch because that was fantastic.If you want an old school restaurant that will remind you of the olden days, this is the one for you.“
“I ordered dinner from here today on April 20th, 2024. I got the lemon pepper chicken wings along with fries and onion rings. Everything was amazing. There was only one issue. I asked them to put lemon pepper on my fries and they did not. Would have been nice to get my fries done according to my request but otherwise the food was delicious and perfect. Thankfully I had lemon pepper at home to use.“
“The food was really good. We got there around 10:30am and it was still rush hour. Totally understandable and good. We waited around 15mins for our table to be clean and ready. But once we were seated we weren't noticed for about 20mins. No coffee or water. Once we asked what look like the manager she seemed to be annoyed. Then we waited for about another 15mins to actually order food. We still love the food so we are hoping it was just due to business been busy. By the time we got our food the customers were done. So no complaints once it was only a few tables left.“
“I love this place! They are always very friendly when we come in and it's never super busy. Their food is reasonably priced and it tastes delicious. My current favorite menu item is their burger and fries. It's always so fresh and the fries are so crispy. My partner always gets their tacos and they love them! They always come with so much food it's like getting a second meal for later. I also love seeing all of the specials they post on their Facebook page. They update it frequently with their offerings and I love seeing the new stuff they bring to the menu.“
“We went on a Sunday evening and it was packed. The young lady greeted customers, put names on a waiting list, sat others, took to go orders (on the phone and in person), rang up others leaving and delivered to go orders. All with NO ATTITUDE OR SIGNS OF STRESS. Amazing work ethic from her and the staff. Service was great. No long wait on food. We had fall off the bone ribs, jumbo shrimp and steak, all cooked to perfection. Salad was fresh!! I will return. Thank you for a nice experience.“
“This restaurant is clean. The servers were friendly, helped me with the menu,brought water without me asking and very attentive to my needs. All the staff including the cook wore masks. The food was delicious and prepared just the way I ordered. The staff gets points from me by wiping down all things used by previous customers. I highly recommend this place.“
“We ordered breakfast and lunch.. The ham and cheese omelet was fluffy, hot, and delicious. The potatoes are crispy and hot. The sausage gravey was delicious. The chicken & rib combo was delicious. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The ribs fall off the bone.. Lemon rice soup wash delicious and hot too.. “Excellent service, waitress was pretty fantastic! Best Potato ? soup ? ever, except the Soup ? was warm not hot like it should be served. My Sauteed Pike fish ? Entrees was good but the Greek potatoes laked seasons. Otherwise the Senior menu has a variety of Entrees to try from except the specials. I'll be back again too give it a try.“
