My husband and I went to their BBQ 101 class last Sunday. We had a great time. The information given by Juan and Chris was great and the food samples were even better. If you have the opportunity to attend a class you should do it. If not, make sure to go to their restaurant. Their food is phenomenal. Attended BBQ 101 presentation at Beach Ave. Juan and Chris, the owners, are very knowledgeable, and they both shared the style in which they prepare and cook for the restaurant. The conversation and interaction with all of us was informative and funny throughout. We were also served to sample the finished foods they were demonstrated.
