On April 20, 2024, I ordered through Grubhub not only was my order 45 minutes late it was salty as heck.I did not ask for salt on my chicken.Why would someone add so much salt to someone's food.Everyone cannot have a lot if salt.I ate a couple of bites then gave my food away.I'll never order from this place again.I wish I could have rated 0 stars.

A scam don’t go here at all they don’t take cash and you are charge a 4% card fee. Let do the math if every customer that comes in and buy pay a 4% fee is this even legal

Ordered the dark chicken lunch special. The chicken was old like leftovers from the day before and refried, outer skin was tuff and hard to chew. These were different owners from the first time I went there. I have been to some other Harold's chicken shack in the City that was very good. I was glad when I found one near me. This one I will never go to again. I hate that I'll have to go to the city for Harold's chicken.

I’ve been coming to this Harold’s for over 10 years and the customer service has been decent. Last few years it has gone down. Now they don’t take cash and charge a service fee to use card, then they mess up your order and don’t refund you the service charge and charge you another service charge on the correct order….. food is good but do better for your customers.Parking: It’s a one way in the lot and people park the wrong way all the time.Kid-friendliness: No tables or chairs. Take out only.
Horrible customer service, after waiting over 30 mins for my order, I was then told I couldn’t get more Mild Sauce on my chicken because it was against their policy. Needless to say I’ll never return to this establishment again.

We received spoiled perch tonight…Update: My husband respectively called and was kind about it. He just wanted to notify them and they got a really bad attitude and asked “Well, what do you want us to do about it?”He said “For one, I am wanting to make you aware that you have spoiled perch being served. And two, I’d like to feel like you care”.There was no apology.
