“I dropped by in a snow storm one night and was blown away by the taste and quality of this chicken. I just returned to this area and cannot believe how tasty this chicken plus convenience of this place.
I have since picked up this chicken and taken some to my relatives and friends because more people need to try this place.
My elderly father tried to fight someone for the cajun potatoes. We were talking about the leftovers and he was like, the fried potatoes are mine! So even the sides are incredibly tasty.

Seriously, try this place, it's so good and they are so friendly.
Highly recommended.

“Our favorite restaurant in Carbondale IL. My wife and I have been coming here for years. We heard they had new ownership so we were a bit concerned but the food was better than ever. Two Chicken Mogulghul and two cans of Vimto. Simple and delicious. Thanks Aban kitchen for always being there for us and having great food :) and a cozy atmosphere.”

“We had a great meal here—the food was definitely the highlight. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. That said, we did have to wait a bit to be seated, and the restaurant was really busy, so the service felt a bit slow and scattered at times. It’s understandable given how packed they were, but it did impact the overall experience slightly. Still, if you're not in a rush and want a tasty meal, it's worth a visit.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle, manager at Quatro’s for his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond rectifying a couple of mishaps that I experienced with Q’s. My family have been ordering their pizza for years and I didn’t really want to start going somewhere else due to some problems with ordering etc, but kyle immediately called me (without me asking him to) and offered up a solution. Kudos to him especially when a lot of other restaurants would have just shrugged it off. Than u!!!”

“Besides being the cleanest business in Southern Illinois, it has, by far, the best team. I had a very large order recently on a Friday. If you don’t know, every Friday is like Black Friday at Smoothie King because they discount the 32 oz. So, they are always busy. They managed my large order while pushing out a constant drive thru line at the same time. The humans working there are smarter than the computers which is always a plus. Excellent product. Fabulous staff. I’m a born again Smoothie Queen because of Carbondale Smoothie King.”

“Our party of 9 drove 45 minutes for All you can eat crab legs that was advertised on the SI Eats page. We arrived a little before 7 & waited approximately 20 minutes to be seated. 1 Waitress was working the entire floor. There are no drink menus & the food menus were missing pages & not marked correctly. The salad bar had 1 plate, half a bowl of lettuce, a bin of red onion, croutons & 2 half filled dressings. They were out of margarita mixes, most liquor & several beers. They were out of crab legs, then about 20 minutes later, also steak. 45 minutes after ordering, the waitress returned to tell us one of the other items ordered as a meal was also out. The food was brought out one plate at a time throughout the course of an hour & appetizers also brought mixed in with these. 3 people of our party never got food. Almost all meals brought out were cold & the crab cakes were still frozen in the middle. (which all the food served in plastic baskets came directly in the mesh basket with no liner or paper) After asking to speak to the owner, he blamed everything on the delivery truck. Our party was visibly upset with the lack of communication, lag of service, lack of quality & EXTREMELY limited items. He ultimately pointed his finger in the face of one of our party & began cussing at us at which case we left. It's incredibly hard to rate the actual food as most of it was cold or not even brought out.”

Were super kind to me throughout the entire process of taking my order, checking me out and handling my food. even when my order was wrong he promptly had it remade. “I just had the most horrible Sonic experience of my life! I used the app to order like I usually do and my food is always ready within a few minutes after my assigned time. Today is my daughter's birthday and I had some people wanting food from Sonic and some people wanting food from another place. I picked up the other food first because I knew I could order on the Sonic app and it would be ready when I got there. I sure was wrong... I checked in at 4:30 for an order that was supposed to be ready at 4:35. I push the button a couple of times to ask about my order and they told me it was on its way. Finally at 5:10 I was fed up. I pushed the button again to ask about my order and they acted like they wanted me to order all over again and then they just shut the mic off on me??? A few minutes later part of my order came out but not all of it... then they went back and got the rest. unfortunately the other food I got was cold and the sandwich I got from Sonic was cold as well. Don't think I'll be going back there again for a long time if ever... thanks for ruining my daughter's birthday...”
