As the owners of this local legend have are hard working people who have had a positive impact on local business & feed thousands of students on a budget I almost want to give that 5th star just for the drive 2 succeed found here for over 20yrs. Somehow it seems unrealistic to hail a hot dog into such sophisticated status, unless u add alcohol b4 u dine on the beefy best served plump and nestled into warm poppy buns & topped off as u please. Seriously underrated longtime Carbondale eatery owned and run by local family. Cheap GOOD food. Fairly quick service. Inside leaves a little bit to be desired in the dining area but when you look at the cost of and quality of the food, it's fine! Everything is a la carte and the menu is rather extensive, but I can't properly explain how good it is.
