Just trash. We were "secret shopper" to this locationThe gate to the trash nearly hit our car when we drove through.Sat there about 10 minutes reading the outdated , mismatch menu waiting for some one to answer. Drove around to the window and no one paid us any attention.Parked in the parking lot judging customers reactions. For being a nice day outside, none of the customers seem happy.Many employees randomly walked in and out to cars in the parking lot the 30 minutes we observed the store.They failed 100% to offer us service.Assuming,they had lots of free time to bring free stuff to their friends as this store doesn't offer carry out.

X Factor Outdoors

With the insane amount of negative reviews how nothing has been done to correct this place or just shut it down all together shows they don’t care. I went 2 times within 6 months. First time was ok. 2nd was revolting. Went in and overheard the manager discussing with the corporate manager how they were out of soap in the bathrooms….. like WHAT! He told him to go over to Walmart and get some for the time being but he stated how they’d been out for days prior. Lady was mopping the floor by the drink station. So the floor was flooded. And the mop water in the bucket looked absolutely disgusting and smelt awful. The drink station both times had been messed up. Drinks flat or just water came out. Money issues both times. They didn’t have adequate change. Food was fine but chili had an off taste and fish was fried together so you had raw batter as you split the fish apart. Pretty nasty experience overall.

We came to long john silvers for lunch. First and foremost there was no one in the drive through and we were the only one inside ,we waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order the person who took our order had a attitude. Then we went to get a soda and they only had one choice, they said it was due to the trucks being delayed. I understand that. But the place is absolutely filthy. And the drink area is spilling over on to the counter

Doesn't open when specified So don't try to order anything before 11 am. Multiple times I've sat in the drive thru for over thirty minutes before anyone even answered the speaker. (Yes I sat there because I'm stubborn!). They need to change the hours on the window and online if they open later. I'd love to be able to speak to a supervisor. Last time I was there a woman rudely yelled "they're not open yet!" It was 10:54. I said "why does the sign say 10:30" all she said was "nu-uh" and went inside the building.

We visited Long John Silver's today for lunch. The establishment was clean and the food was good, however... We ordered and sat down. About 15 minutes later we received some of our food. By some, I mean we were missing an entire meal, 2 orders of French fries, shrimp, and one of the sandwiches was not made how it was requested. We addressed the issue with the individual who took our order, she agreed to fix the issue and apologized. About 15 minutes later, we received 1 of the missing orders of fries, and the other meal which was now missing fries. Another 5 minutes later, we got the "corrected" sandwich, which was now missing lettuce and tomato, but we just dealt with it... Still missing fries. Still haven't received the shrimp either at this point. Another 5 minutes later we received the missing shrimp. In the meantime a man entered the facility and was immediately told they would not be accepting cash unless he had exact change. He was a bit annoyed but took out his debit card. Not sure the issue that came next, but the man threw up his hands shortly after and walked out. He was visibly upset but did not say anything to my knowledge. The staff behind the counter (3 of them) began cursing about the situation very loudly. The "f bomb" was dropped several times with my group, as well as 4 other groups in the lobby. After about an hour being there we decided to just go. As we were walking out, one of the staff handed us one of the missing orders of fries. Poor customer service, but the correct food we received was good.

I've tried for two years to get a good experience, but they have always failed. It's 30 minutes to an hour wait every single time. The employees are nice and ways apologetic but enough is enough. Food is good. The service and time in the drive through has got to get better. Once in the drive-thru, you can't leave due to the curbs. I've tried curb side too with no better luck. I really wish for them to succeed. This place needs some workers!

Rudest workers ever. They messed my order up n the drive thru. I go nside and the heavy set lady working drive thru ignored me standing there and continued eating her fish (or chkn). 2 other employees walk by me not acknowledging me. Then once worker was done w her 3 piece fish snack she made me feel as though I inconvenienced her and I did something wrong.Good food, horrible staff.

The drive thru speaker wasn't working, which isn't the employees fault. It's Management's fault!! Also, I think the people who work the window need to pay attention to their customers. I was super specific about what I wanted, and it wasn't right.

Went to get my son and I two dinners sat in drive through, for 7 min. no one waited on me. Backed out do to car at pick up window. Went in and they said they were closing dining room but they would wait on me in drive through. Told them the story, guy says oh my headsets dead, sorry. Took my order for fish and shrimp, and chicken and shrimp. He then told me they didnt have fries coleslaw mac and cheese and something else. I told him cancel my order and know I will not be back ever

This is by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Th place is dirty. The employees are loud and obnoxious. They act very unprofessional. I ordered a large order and they gave it to a different customer in the store. The customer ate off of the food then brought it back up to counter. The last behind counter tried to give the food to me??? What the heck?! I immediately asked for refund.

WELL THE MANGER ON DUTY WAS RUDE LOUD. SCREAMING AT HER WORKERS. SHE WAS A AFRICAN AMERICAN PLUS SIZE LADY. IT WAS TERRIBLE. . I FELT BAD FOR THE WORKERS. THEY ALL DID A GREAT JOB.
