And the award for the single most shocking and awful customer service goes to - drum roll, please - Subway in Carbondale. My husband and I ate lunch there today. I asked for extra onion and the server dribbled on a little extra and then refused to give me any more, saying if they ran out, then they'd have no onions for other customers.
