“The cook put a fingers and fries on the counter, mumbled the number and the older lady it belonged to didn't hear. Instead of repeating himself louder he just let the food sit there and get cold. No situational awareness nor personal responsibility. I had ordered my food, got it, ate it before the lady realized something was wrong. I told am employee. She was concerned but I left and don't know what happened after that.”
