Did a mobile pick up order. Get to the window was given a drink no straw and then after a minute told the pull around by front door. There was even almost 5 minutes of wait time after placing that mobile order. Order placed 10:55. Received 10 minutes later. Then no straw in bag either with 2 napkins only..greasy from laying on onion rings.

The workers here literally suck, they need to get it together.I always mobile order ahead of time and this time was a cake topper. I was at the speaker telling them I was here for pickup and the girl that was speaking at the box had a hard time hearing me and I asked hello multiple times to make sure she heard or got what I said and then she said pull up. I pulled up and then she told me that I still owed 9.50 and I was like no I have my receipt for my order for pickup, she continued to give me a hard time and I refused to pay, eventually she got some dude to come help. The dude yelled at me and told me I didn't let them know at the speaker that I was here for my pick up order, I told him I did and what else was I suppose to do back up in the drive thru? Ridiculous, at this point I still did not have my food. I got my food eventually and the guy still gaslighted me to say it at the speaker next time. I hate this location.

Just ordered a candy bacon whopper. Had high expectations for such an expensive sandwich.Total dud. Didn't come close to looking like the picture. Flavor was blah.I stopped coming to this location because of slow service. I gave them a chance for this new whopper and they failed. No more business from me.

The manager at this location has terrible customer relation skills. I made an order thru my phone app and 2 of my burgers were missing ingredients. I brought them back to the manager he agreed and took them both to the kitchen to get corrected. After receiving them back one of the burgers was still missing and ingredient. I took out back to the manager again and he told me that the reason they didn’t corrected it was because I didn’t tell him the first time it was missing the ingredient. I am 100 percent sure I did tell him it was missing the bacon and cheese. He even looked at the screen and said it was missing both ingredients and resorted to calling me a liar. He said I only told him it was missing bacon. I then asked him to give me a new burger made the way I wanted because that one got cold and was handled so much by the employees. He refused and gave me the same one. I asked for a refund and accused me, while raising his voice, of lying and being rude.

Worst customer service ever.. waited for food that was sitting in plain site asked manager what was taking so long she replies were busy.and yells at me. no kidding I can see that.. I can also see the 5 other customers that came after me get their food. Demanded my money back since she was rude. She was like give me the soda back no worries you can have your nasty soday.. omg and she wanted to give me old food that was sitting you all have lost a customer and I'll be telling everyone to take their business elsewhere to a place that actually cares about taking care of the customers whatever end rant im done

Hate to complain, butttt was at drive thru and repeated order 3 times. Tried to say I couldn't hear the young man(not sure his mic was working). Lady then came on and took order. Got to window and sane young man gave me my order which was wrong and said that is not what I ordered. I ordered the same thing 3 times @ drive thru. Please check your mics and train the guy to talk louder versus whisper and listen/verify as a whole in general. Thanks!
