“I don't usually come here, but when I do, it's in the mornings through their drive thru. The service is really nice, there's no rush and they're really quick with getting orders ready, the line at the drive-thru might seem long sometimes but it shortens quickly. I can't speak a lot about their drinks or foods since I only order donuts, but they're tasty.“
“This Dunkin' is pretty good. The staff is always friendly.The downside; drinks are not as hot as I would personally like them, but you should decide for yourself. Also, they don't always fill the cup. I recently purchased 2 medium chai latte, the cups were 3/4 foam (and slightly colder than I personally like). They tasted great!Overall though I will continue to go there occasionally.“
“#1) I ordered an Iced Latte with less ice (in store) I politely confirmed this with the cashier and she confirmed it with the coffee maker verbally. It was completely filled with ice so I commented on it, she told me it was less ice but I refused it. So she dumped it into a new cup and topped it off for me. I needed a few napkins to clean it off myself.#2) The cashier was transferring doughnuts as I walked up, she removed one glove and then took my order and counted my cash and coins back with both hands (one glove/one bare) and then proceeded to transfer the doughnuts with the "money" glove.#3) The coffee was up to par with it's taste.My relationship with Dunkin is thick as I get my wife an Iced Latte EVERYDAY (sometimes myself too) We have been travelling for the last two years so I've been to many Dunkins between here and Florida. The less ice wasn't even attempted and the worker telling me I'm wrong was just an attempt to not correct it. The handling of food and cash/coins with the same glove is just nasty and not standard practice within the food industry. This Review is based on my ONE visit as we just arrived in the area. There are other Dunkin Doughnuts in the area I'll try next time.“
“This location is going through a renovation and temporarily lost their hot chocolate machine. I use the app to order and it didn't remove the ability to order a box of hot chocolate. I got to the Dunkin and they couldn't fulfill my order or cancel it. They were very apologetic. Long story short, I had to return for my refund. The manager was very apologetic and kind. They even gave me a 1/2 dozen donuts for my trouble. The updates inside look great! Keep up the great work!“
“I went through the drive-thru to get a ?RAINBOW CONE? for my birthday. It was my first time ever, and I was not disappointed!!!There are several flavors of ice cream available by the pint or quart. They pack it FRESH. I bought a quart of the Lemon Raspberry Swirl and a quart of the Big Muddy for later. YUMMY!!! They even included cones wrapped in paper that could be used for sharing.The corner location at the traffic signal on Roosevelt Road makes for easy entering/exiting. Parking is plentiful.????My ?RAINBOW CONE? on the waffle cone was fantastic!!! My only difficulty was NOT trying every flavor. I'll be back!!!????Parking: Parking is plentiful in the parking lot area.Kid-friendliness: ?YES!!!?“
“I am sharing this review on behalf of my mom who experienced the best service, tastiest hamburgers and freshly baked Lemon Blueberry Scones. She and her friends play cards every Saturday, most times after playing they go out for dinner; they have tried the location in Itasca for breakfast before cards, but they wanted to check them out afterwards for a burger. They called ahead to see what time they were closing; the person who answered said they were getting ready to close but offered to stay open to make some burgers for them, they placed their order ahead of time so not to keep the staff stay open any longer, when they arrived the burgers were coming off the grill. She commented how the burger was just the right size (she is not a fan of thick burgers), her friend asks if they had any Lemon Blueberry Scones available; they did not but had some scones prepared for baking in the morning and decided to bake off some for them as well. My mom purchased three! I believe the one who serviced them was one of the partners, she invited them to come play large enough to seat the teams and decks of cards nicely. Service like this goes way above and beyond the norm these days, she said she was going to tell her friends about this experience and are plan on meeting there for breakfast before playing cards next week. In this day and time, it is nice to see others care for our seniors with care and respect. It will go a long way... So, if you have never tried Joe Donut in Itasca for their cake donuts, or breakfast or even the hamburgers for lunch - this reviewer would recommend you do so... you will not be disappointed; especially when it comes to their service. “DeEtta’s recently did my wedding cake and sweets for my bridal shower! Wedding cake has a bad reputation… I’ve had plenty that are dry and lack flavor but ours was the complete opposite! Our cake was beautiful, flavorful and so moist. I wish I would have had time to eat more! My only gripe was during the planning process. It was very simple to do an at-home tasting, but when it came to design, the consultant I worked with was not super friendly and basically told me that what I had chosen wouldn’t look good (even though I had several pictures of exactly what I wanted which were simple and beautiful). In the end it all worked out, but it made me really hesitant about the process. With that being said, the cake was delicious and I would absolutely order from them again.“
“Lovely good cake donuts as the base of things. Delightful flavor combinations already worked out on the menu and we also made one from scratch ourselves. Got the salted caramel, the boston crème pie, the m&m and made a caramel icing with graham crackers topping with raspberry drizzle. Coffee was decent too which is a plus. Would definitely recommend as a breakfast treat.“
“Fiene’s has been our favorite find in Naperville for all of our bakery needs! Breakfast is amazing, cakes are to die for and the customer service is off the charts! Every time we host a party we go to Fiene’s and are left with no leftovers because it’s that delicious!“
