Ordered a bacon and cheese pizza and half my pizza was cheese. When I called to complain the person that was on the phone told me he made the pizza himself, it had bacon! After kids took pizza I took a picture and you can still see, or not see, bacon... Why charge $5 for a topping and give it to me on 10 slices only. I admit they have great food but they are shady with it or how they charge people and I'm sad that I won't be spending not 1 more dollar with them again!

Rating for Gyros. Not had their pizza. Don't get them. They obviously do not have a spit for gyros. Every piece of meat (maybe 5 -7 slices) were the EXACT same shape and size. Just like buying pre-sliced gyro at the store. Entry is a storefront and just a vestibule counter to place orders and pay, so you cannot see into the kitchen. I understand atmosphere rating is usually for dine-in, but the place looked old and dingy, and since you cant see the kitchen...The person I ordered from was nice and friendly but won't go back even for pizza.

I just had the worst food from Masis Pizzeria. I ordered a pizza and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. The pizza was undercooked and tasted like mushy bread. The Buffalo chicken sandwich, according to their menu, is supposed to be “tossed in Buffalo sauce". There was a little orange stain and one side of the bun and no sauce at all on the chicken. The piece of chicken was so small, it did not even fill half of the bun. It too was tasteless.I called Masis to get a refund. They said I had to get it from Slice, since I ordered it from Slice. Slice said they had to get permission from Masis, and that the owner, Jose, would not authorize a refund. I spoke to the owner once, but he would not even admit he was Jose the owner. I guess he was afraid to talk to me. Terrible food and terrible customer service!

The thin crust pizza is terrific. I cannot recommend it more highly. The deep dish pizza puts Giordano's and Uno's to shame. Try the panzarotti for a change of pace. It's a deep fried dough with pizza ingredients inside it. It is so delicious. Masi's has the very best pizza in the Carpentersville Algonquin area.

Only put 4 stars for atmosphere cause I just pick up my food lol. Always forget something when I call in but they are fast fixing my mistakes and the food is amazing!!! Great deals and hook you up without mentioning a coupon.

Well pizza was hot and it did have sausage but for my opinion it was very bland tasting. Very bland flavor. The mozzerella sticks also bland as well as sauce. I put some oregano and a little garlic powder to make it taste better and a little oregano. Just wasnt anything to brag about.
