The one thing I like about Panera is the quality of the food they offer. This place racks because the line is very short or non-existence they have a kiosk and also 3 registers which make it very convenient so you don’t have to wait in line for a cashier. This is the first time I’m trying strawberry puppy salad. I will let you know how good it was.

My order is a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with egg whites. They charged me for a sausage egg and cheese which was 7 dollars instead of my normal 5.49. I have been going to Panera for about 10 years and I know there is a way to charge without the meat. Manager said there wasn't a way to do so. I hope someone retrains them!

everytime i oder here my avacado is molded or hard. extra ingredients added throws off the taste of a whole sandwich, they don’t know proportions at all.

The location and employees are fine.My complaint is with the inflation of prices coupled with the shrinkflation of size/quality of baked goods.1. The "pecan braid" was replaced with a smaller, low quality, bakery "thing"2. Now I find that the "chocolate croissant" has been replaced with a smaller, low quality, bakery "thing".When I pay $30+ for two breakfast sandwiches, two coffees and to pastry items I expect "pastry" not crap.I don't blame the employees but if I were them I would be ashamed at what some slimy middle or upper management tool has done to the reputation of this company with their crappy pastry quality and size shrinkflation.

Incredibly slow service, drive thru crawls all the time. Being a Sip Club member loses its worth when it takes forever to get an iced tea. I was able to write this review while waiting for that same iced tea. Some day.

I just had the worst coffee ever in many years of loving my local Panera. I specifically asked for decaf with extra cream & Splenda. I got home and the coffee taste like burnt regular coffee so definitely NOT DECAF and very little cream. I needed to start work shortly so I didn't have the option of going back and stating my disappointment so going forward I will either not, or, go inside to place my orders because drive ins are no longer the quality of serve we've had in the past . This kind of service makes me look forward to having robots taking orders at drive throughs, at least they will listen more carefully to the customer's requests.

I just tried ordering a sandwich I usually get when I eat Panera in the morning, however I became disappointed to realize that the Egg, cheese and sausage sandwich no longer comes with over easy eggs but scrambled. They don't make over easy eggs anymore. I'm so sad I still tried the sandwich but was disappointed. Change can be good sometimes but not this time. I won't be getting breakfast here anymore.Parking: Lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

I just had the sad experience of ordering a Baja bowl. When my order arrived the amount of food in the bowl looked extremely small. It was so small I walked up to the counter and said is this a half order. They said no that's the amount the company says to put in the bowl. To be honest it looks so small look like a ration. I paid $12 for a few spoonfuls of food, absolutely ridiculous! Never ordering that again! Also questioning going to Panera in the first place. The prices are absolutely ridiculous!
