This is the only Rosati's where the pizza is so inconsistent. The owners or management are just rude. The man who took my walk in order couldn't even get off his cell phone while talking my order. Not sure what language it was but it seemed like I didn't matter. Terrible service. Will never go back there again. The Lake Zurich store is a great representation of what Rosati's is and should be! The kitchen staff were polite and friendly. I don't know how they work for that place....read full review
Great food and service. Their flat pizza doesnt get the respect it deserves. My go-to for a good flat 🍕. Quick slices at lunch too. Theyre using good cheese and real sausage .
Tried this rosatis last night ( sat. At closing time) pizza was amazing! We drove far as we moved away from Cary 15 years ago. I guess we have to drive for good pizza...once a week. Thanks!

Rosati's Pizza is one of the top 3 favorite pizzas of all time. The pepperoni, mushroom and garlic pizza was delicious, with crust, sauce, and toppings where the garlic explodes flavor in the mouth. The meat mania pizza was very good with a very good amount of toppings evenly distributed, and thin crust was nice and flaky. Mild buffalo wings were good with lots of extra sauce. Garlic parm wings had ok flavor but were sitting in a lot of oil. Sauce was lacking consistency. Employees were nice and food was ready when promised. Ordering online was super easy and fast. They are getting better again, however they added and charged for cheese fries which were never ordered. Also the beefs have been too spicy, where they were barely edible. Mozz sticks were great and perfection. Mushrooms were sort of mushy with the coating, not crispy.
