To Whom It May Concern: My family and I ate at the Centralia, IL Sonic on 9/20/22. There are 8 of us and our orders are never less than $80. We ordered our dinner and waited. And waited. And waited. When the carhops brought it out, about half of it was missing, there was no marinara sauce for our mozzarella sticks and no utensils for our 16 year olds to eat their sauced chicken. Only one of those sauced chickens was actually sauced… The night manager wasn’t happy with how we were treated and volunteered to refund our money. We told her that wasn’t necessary but she insisted, stating that the wait time was ridiculous. She informed my husband that the refund should be back in our bank account within 24 hours and if it wasn’t then we were to let her know. Being as the transaction didn’t become final until the next business day (9/21/22) we didn’t get too worried when the refund hadn’t appeared. So we waited. On 9/24, my husband called the manager and asked what was going on. He was told by that person that it could take up to a week to process. Ok. That week was up yesterday and there is still no refund anywhere to be seen. After getting nowhere with the store managers, including the original female manager that was on shift that night, corporate was called yesterday. To which we have yet to receive a return phone call. We don’t want gift cards, free meals, drinks, etc. we just want our $87.47 back in our bank account as promised. Sincerely, The Mounts

Went to the Centralia, Il location around 5:30 pm. The 3 footlong Corey's were disgusting! Ice cold from the fridge hot dogs, cold chili and cheese, and a HAIR in one! NEVER AGAIN!
